Terms of Use – Introduction:

The preamble above is an integral part of this agreement. Below are the main definitions used in this agreement:

  1. (Store): Refers to all forms of the store on the internet, whether an electronic app, website, or physical store.
  2. (Consumer): A person engaged in e-commerce to obtain products or services provided by the store through its platform.
  3. (Agreement): Refers to these terms and conditions governing the relationship between the parties.

Article 2 – Legal Capacity of the Consumer:

  1. The consumer acknowledges that they have the legal capacity under Sharia and law to interact with the store, and that they are at least 18 years old.
  2. If the consumer violates this article, they shall bear the consequences in relation to third parties.

Article 3 – Nature of Obligation:

  1. The store’s obligation toward consumers is to provide the product or service.
  2. The store may also provide after-sale services or other related services depending on the type of product or service requested.

Article 4 – Usage Regulations:

  1. The consumer agrees to use the store's platform in accordance with public morals and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The consumer agrees not to use the products or services in any manner contrary to public morals and the applicable laws of Saudi Arabia.

Article 5 – Accounts and Registration Obligations:

By registering for an account, the consumer agrees to:

  1. Be responsible for maintaining account and password confidentiality and inform the store immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
  2. The store will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of account credentials.
  3. You must use your account personally; any use by others implies you have authorized them.
  4. You agree to use the platform seriously and honestly.
  5. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it as needed.
  6. The store commits to handling your personal data and contact information confidentially.
  7. If the store determines that the information provided is false, outdated, incomplete, illegal, or violates this agreement, it may suspend or terminate your account without affecting its other legal rights.
  8. Failure to comply with the above entitles the store to suspend or cancel your account or access.

Article 6 – Electronic Communications and Official Contact:

  1. Parties agree that communication will occur via the registered email address.
  2. The consumer agrees that all communications sent electronically have the same legal effect as written ones.
  3. The store may notify users through general or targeted announcements.

Article 7 – Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees:

  1. If any provision of this agreement becomes invalid, the rest remain effective.
  2. This agreement, which may be updated from time to time, represents the operational and legal framework between the store and the consumer.
  3. The store may charge fees based on services, products, or government taxes.
  4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or discount any fees in accordance with the agreement terms.

Article 8 – Payment Services:

  1. The store provides payment services via partners, including online payment methods or any method offered from time to time.
  2. The store must set fair market prices for services or products.
  3. The store must issue receipts and invoices for all transactions and provide them to consumers.
  4. The store must follow standard accounting practices in accordance with this agreement.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property:

  1. The store owns all intellectual property rights, whether pre-existing or created after the platform’s launch.
  2. The consumer must respect the store's intellectual property, including names, logos, and symbols.

Article 10 – Store Liability:

  1. The store will operate in compliance with Saudi regulations and this agreement.
  2. The store is not liable for claims resulting from direct or indirect errors or negligence, including third-party issues such as shipping.
  3. The store and its team are responsible for ensuring all products and services are legal and compliant with Saudi regulations.

Article 11 – Access Restrictions:

The store may suspend or cancel consumer access or membership at any time and for any reason without prior notice.


Article 12 – Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Article 13 – General Provisions:

  1. If any clause becomes invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
  2. This agreement (subject to change) represents the entire legal framework between the store and the consumer.
  3. Arabic is the official language for interpreting and translating this agreement.
  4. Prices displayed on products and services are subject to change.
  5. Promotional offers are temporary and may be modified or canceled at any time.
  6. The parties agree to conduct their relationship in accordance with Sharia, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
  7. The agreement may only be terminated by a formal decision from store management.
