Exchange Policy:
- Without prejudice to the terms of statutory and contractual warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by the store within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product. After seven days, the product may not be exchanged.
- The product must be in good condition and unused by the consumer, and the consumer must not have benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to ensure it is intact. The consumer shall bear the shipping cost for exchanges. In the case of international exchanges, the consumer bears the full shipping cost and the responsibility of delivering the product to the shipping company. If there is a defect or error, the consumer will be compensated.
The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:
- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications defined by the consumer—except in cases where the product is defective or does not meet the specified requirements.
- If the product is a video tape, CD, DVD, or software that has been used.
- If the product is a newspaper, magazine, publication, book, or similar item considered a literary work.
- If a defect appears due to consumer misuse or poor handling.
- If the contract involves the provision of accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
- If the contract involves the purchase of downloadable software products.
Return Policy:
